- Point of view has the same meaning as the narrative mode. It means that the story is told from one persons point of view. It can be the author who tells the story from his point of view, but not always.
- Concord: the verb has to agree with it's subject. when it is she, he and it you put on a s behind the verb, when it's about them or they you don't. example: "he walks behind a car." "They walk behind a car."
- adjectives is jused to describe something, like "her dress was blue and pretty" or "your skin is very soft". Adverb tells us something about what is happening, what you do, like "he's sitting in the front of the car" or "I was cleaning my apartment yesterday."
- Characterisation from the short story "The way up to heaven":
Mr Foster seems to be very selfish. He dosen't take care of his wife at all, he's just thinking about himself. He always have plenty of time, especially when his wife dont have that much time.
